About The Service
Dry needling is a great therapy for individuals suffering from musculoskeletal pain of all sorts. It's a minimally invasive procedure that can help to release muscle knots and trigger points, strengthen inhibited muscles, and increase ranges of motion. Typically the results happen immediately and improvements in pain and ranges of motion happen directly after treatment. This is an adjunct therapy that we incorporate into our treatment plans which usually include dry needling, manual therapy to surrounding soft tissues, and chiropractic adjustments. If you are suffering from musculoskeletal pain, dry needling may be a great option for you.
We use this therapy on almost all our patients but some of the most common areas include shoulder pain, tennis elbow or other elbow pain, sciatica and hip pain, knee pain, ankle sprains, shin splints, tightness and stiffness in the upper back, low back pain, and pain in the neck including tension associated with headaches. Dry needling can also help to relieve plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis is a condition that causes pain in the heel or bottom of the foot. It helps to relieve this pain by relaxing musculature in the calf and foot as well as releasing pain-inhibiting chemicals called endorphins in the surrounding tissues.
If you feel like you've tried just about everything and nothing has worked to reduce your discomfort, I highly recommend trying our dry needling procedures and see if it's the answer to your condition.

Testimonial
My co-worker actually paid for my first visit because I was too scared to visit a chiropractor. Crystal helped me so much with my hip and low back that I drive from Rockwall to Southlake to be seen.

"I originally came in because of a bad elbow from working out. I'd seen multiple other people with no results and I work construction so it's important I can grab things. Crystal did her treatment and then the needles and it's been a game changer."
